The full app can read enabled Web engines on its own server. A static page can only read engines that permit browser cross-origin requests. Lite+ gives you direct result merging where allowed and opens the other engines on their own sites.

HONEST LIMITS
Small by design.
Lite+ merges results only from the listed browser-readable APIs. Search engines such as Google, Bing, Wiby and most of the full Web catalog block cross-origin result access, so their launchpad links open each engine in a new tab. Every provider can rate-limit or change access. The full Fusion app remains the option for server-side Web aggregation and Researcher. Mwmbl is optional and its index has noncommercial terms.
